Discount Codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns. If a higher-value discount is already applied, your welcome discount cannot be used.

Sale
Sale prices are only valid during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied before or after the campaign.

Order Changes
During sale periods and promotional campaigns, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.

Delivery
During busy sale periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Complimentary Gifts
Some promotions include a complimentary gift. If your return no longer meets the promotion requirements, the complimentary gift must also be returned. If it isn't, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Customers receive an extra 25% off all items in the Archive Sale category. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Conditions: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must purchase items from the Sale category. The promotion is valid while supplies last.

Exclusions from the Promotion: This promotion cannot be combined with Special Offers, Bundle Deals, or any other promotional offers or discounts.

Return Policy: If items purchased under this promotion are returned, the refund amount will reflect the discounted purchase price paid for the returned item(s), in accordance with our standard return policy.

Special Offers: Knitwear
Customers qualify with a purchase of 2 items from one of the specific Knitwear categories:

•    2 for 80
•    2 for 100
•    2 for 110

The promotional price will be automatically applied at checkout.

Conditions: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must purchase 2 items from the same qualifying Knitwear deal category. The promotion is valid while supplies last.

Exclusions from the Promotion: This promotion cannot be combined with 'Extra 25% Off', Bundle Deals, or any other promotional offers or discounts.

Return Policy: If items from a qualifying purchase are returned and the order no longer qualifies for the Knitwear deal, both items must be returned in their original condition. If this does not occur, Cruyff reserves the right to adjust the refund based on the remaining item.

Special Offers: Bundle Deals
Customers qualify with a purchase of 2 items from the specific category:

•    2 for 40

The extra discount will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

Conditions: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must place an order of 2 items from the bundle deal category. The promotion is valid while supplies last.

Exclusions from the Promotion: This promotion cannot be combined with 'Extra 25% Off', or any other promotional offers or discounts.

Return Policy: If items from a qualifying purchase are returned and the order with the promotion no longer qualifies for the bundle deal, both items must also be returned in their original box. If this does not occur, Cruyff reserves the right to charge the value of the missing item to the remaining amount. The price of the missing item will be deducted from the refund.

1. Haven't received an order confirmation?
Please check your bank statement to confirm that your payment was processed successfully. Then, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still haven't received your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team at service@cruyffclassics.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

2. Haven't received a DHL tracking code?
Due to high order volumes, it may take a little longer before your order is shipped. You will receive your tracking code once your package has been dispatched. If shipping takes longer than expected, please contact our customer service team at service@cruyffclassics.com, and we'll gladly check the status of your order.

3. Entered the wrong delivery address?
Due to our fast shipping process, we're usually unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, once your tracking information is available, you can often update your delivery preferences through the DHL app or via your tracking link.

4. Ordered the wrong item?
Due to our fast shipping process, we're usually unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you no longer want the item, you can refuse the package upon delivery so it will be returned to us at no additional cost, or you can return it after receiving it for a refund.

5. Haven't received your refund after returning your order?
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact our customer service team at service@cruyffclassics.com and include your return tracking number (track & trace). This will help us locate your return and assist you as quickly as possible.
