If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days after receiving the return. If you received a free product together with your purchase and you would like to return it, this additional product must be returned as well; otherwise additional costs will be charged.
Return conditions
Your return should apply to the following conditions:
- Return shipment is provided with a completed return form.
- All items are in a state that corresponds with normal 'fitting behaviour' – as you would fit in a regular store.
- All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging. If the shoe box is not returned in its original condition, we can charge €5,- for this.
- All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.
Return instructions – UK customers
For returns inside the United Kingdom, please bring your return parcel to the closest DHL Parcel shop. We only accept returns via DHL. Please follow these steps:
1. Tick the item(s) you wish to return on the return form.
2. Tick the return reason(s).
3. Enclose this return form to the return parcel.
4. Attach the return tag to the return parcel. If you don’t have one, please create it here.
5. Drop off your return parcel at the closest DHL Parcel shop.
6. Retain the shipping receipt for your records.
7. After receiving the return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 7 days*.
*The processing costs of your return are €2.95 and will be deducted from the purchase price.

Exchange
If you want to exchange a webshop order, you must return the original product in the first place. Afterwards, you can place a new order in our webshop.
