Senior Creative Designer
40h/week
The job
As a Creative Lead, your primary responsibility is developing a wide array of brand content for Cruyff. This role is integral in leading and working alongside the Creatives to create and deliver innovative and engaging campaigns and content primarily for our digital platforms, stores and everything in between. In order to do so you’ll work closely with the creative team, the marketing team and our product department. You are also there to keep a watchful eye over the brand, together with the team you will be bringing ideas to life that will shape the brand visual identity and creative aesthetic across all multiple touch points and platforms.
The right fit
You are an ambitious creative with a love for sports, apparel and gear. You have a keen eye for design and know that performance and style go hand in hand. You have a desire to help write the story of Cruyff in the long term and elevate it to the next level. You know how to interpret a brand vision and how to consistently translate said vision into industry leading content. You have clear opinions and ideas and are unafraid to voice them while still being a teamplayer.
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of Adobe CC. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are a must. Others are nice-to-haves
- Strong understanding of modern (digital) media
- Team player who likes to take initiative
- Organized and structured
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the fields of design, advertising or similar
- Additional creative skills: photography, videography, 3D modelling, sound design, illustration… you name it
- Experience in the fashion and/or performance industry
