E-mail Marketing Specialist

As an E-mail marketing specialist, you will join the marketing Team. Based on data, you ensure that customers are satisfied and remain loyal to each Brand and their mission. By means of segmentation, activation and proposition you manage the growth and quality of the customer base.



Duties and responsibilities

  • Set-up, test and deliver journeys and automations for Cruyff, Off The Pitch, UP and other Premium INC Brands
  • Oversee, plan and deliver email campaigns.
  • Work with multidisciplinary Marketing teams with brand specialists, paid search marketeers, social media coordinators, creative studio (in-house) and (copywriters).
  • Collaborate with technical teams team to develop awesome features and integrations.
  • Come up with a future proof roadmap to stay “one step ahead”.
  • You prepare reports, with or without your recommendations.
  • Always look at how you can optimise marketing funnels, for example via A/B tests or with new campaigns.
  • Use AI to improve campaign performance with functionalities like Send time optimization, Click and open likelihood, recommendations based on website behaviour.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing automation like journeys, automations, emails, paid advertising, content, audiences, behavioral triggers, social media.
  • Work on integrations with CRM (Salesforce), B2C Commerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), CDP (Triton X) and POS.
  • Improve data models to gather useful data from different sources and create elaborate customer profiles.
  • Segment customer profiles to create a personalised shopper experience across all platforms.





Qualifications and requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience with marketing automation.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools as Google optimise, Hotjar, Clarity, VWO.
  • You have strong analytic capabilities and think data driven (Knowledge of SQL is a pre)
  • You are fundamentally data driven. You use Open rates, Clickthrough rates and other metrics to formulate hypotheses and take the next steps.
  • Highly experienced in working with an ESP (Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Marketo, Klaviyo, Segment, Squeezly).
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge to enhance templates.
  • AMP scripting knowledge to create advanced dynamic content (pre)
  • You are flexible and can switch quickly to adapt the retention strategy to market movements.
  • Ideally, you have previously worked at a Scale-up or fashion company.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must, Dutch is a pre.
  • You feel at home in a dynamic organization with ambitious growth targets and you are good at setting priorities.
